Last post before vacation!

Travis and I are headed to warm and sunny rainy and 60* San Diego on Monday - just the two of us!  This is his company trip for meeting all of his goals this year.  He did so awesome in his first full year in this company - I'm so proud of him!  I'm a little disappointed that the weather won't be better, but a week away alone together is much needed.  And we celebrated our 10 year anniversary last month, so this is our celebration time for this.  I can't wait!  If you are interested in reading how we are going to handle our healthy eating while we are gone, check out my post here.  I've lost 17.6 pounds in case you were wondering!

Aiden had his first Valentine's Day this week.  I actually forgot that I had a Valentine's onesie for him - oops!  So these pictures were taken the day after :)  It's a 6 month so it's a little big, but it worked just fine.  He's so sweet!

Riley and I had our first "craft day" this week.  I know what you are thinking - your first?  He's so active I can barely get him to sit down and color for more than 5 minutes.  So yes, craft time only lasted between 5 & 10 minutes and that was miraculous!  He had watched The Sword and the Stone the day before and was asking for a crown.  So I promised him we could make one.  I made the sword in advance because I knew he couldn't really help with that.  Then I cut out the crown  and the jewels for him to decorate it with.  Here are all of our supplies ready to go when he got up from nap.

And the reason for no pants - potty training baby!  You can't see but his is wearing big boy underwear and has been all week!  We've only had a couple of accidents.  He is doing so great!  I'm hoping he'll keep it up for my Mom next week while we are gone.  He really does well running to the bathroom when he needs to go.  I think he'll do great and we'll have this down in no time.  He only wears diapers at night and nap times.  If we go out he either wears a Pull Up or a Diaper - I'm not brave enough to go without yet :)

Oh and totally random - Aiden is the most popular boys name right now and NO spell check recognizes it.  Kinda annoying!
